I get my goods from this country.So every delivery which comes from a non Eu- State goes to German Customs.Then they will send you an email.You have to go there and get your package.When you are there they asked you what kind of delivery you have an how much it is valued.For this (as I told the Company already) I need a packing list and a bill.So there will be two things that could happens1. Thing They look at the packing lists and say its okay without proving.2. The open it and prove.So when I have no packing list and bill they will prove automatically.When they prove and see the papers are not my name on (thinking about your contracts) the will ask questions about legal and confirm with German law.
